Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This policy explains which emails Nakhla sends, how to stop non-essential messages, and how to report spam or misuse of our name.
Our commitment
We do not send unsolicited bulk or commercial email, and we do not allow anyone to send it on our behalf.
What we send
We send only two kinds of email:
- Replies to people who contact us through our website or by email.
- Service emails to people who created a Nakhla account or were invited by their organization, such as invitations and account, security or billing notices.
No purchased, rented or harvested lists
We do not buy or rent email lists, and we do not collect addresses from websites or other public sources.
Opting out of non-essential messages
If you no longer want to receive non-essential messages from us, write to support@nakhla.ai and we will honor your request promptly.
Website forms
Messages sent through the contact form on our website are delivered only to our own team. The form cannot be used to send email to anyone else: the address you enter is used only so we can reply to you.
To prevent abuse, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that runs in your browser, to confirm that a person rather than an automated program is sending it. We also limit how many messages can be sent in a short period, check that the required fields are filled in and that the email address is valid, and handle everything submitted as plain text.
Email authentication
We publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for our domain, nakhla.ai, as well as SPF and DKIM records for the subdomains our website uses to send email. These records help receiving mail servers check that a message claiming to come from us was sent by a server we have authorized.
Reporting abuse
If you receive unwanted email that appears to come from Nakhla, or notice our name or domain being misused, write to support@nakhla.ai and include the full message headers. We will investigate promptly.
